The free program affords a collection of 15 Peloton-style adaptive biking movies filmed on the Erie Canalway Trail and Onondaga Creekwalk in Onondaga County. Each video contains a one-mile path section, giving members the chance to finish one mile or to attain a 15-mile aim by finishing every of the 15 video segments.
